Ensuring the future: Group invests in apartments and office

Real estate investment company Grand Harvest Inc., a sister company of Alpha Insurers, is anticipating the completion of a residential project this year and a commercial project next year.

The construction of Halekoa Apartments, a 16-unit apartment building behind Dededo Payless Supermarket is expected to be completed by December, Lillian Hsiao, operations manager for Grand Harvest Inc., told the Journal. The building includes 12 two-bedroom units and four three-bedroom units. The investment of the building’s construction is $2.7 million.
