An Alabama company is suing the directors, owners of stock and individuals associated with Kowon S&T (Guam) Co. Inc. for unpaid services for exporting scrap metal from Guam’s sea port. Kowon S&T (Guam) Co. is identified as a corporation previously authorized, but no longer licensed, to do business in Guam. Since June, Norton Lilly International Inc. served as an agent for the company for the purpose of exporting scrap metal from Guam.
