Former chef at Ajiichi Japanese Restaurant Jihan Chen opened his own Japanese restaurant on Sept. 11 in Yigo. The restaurant specializes in ramen, using chicken-based soup cooked daily.
Sushi and sashimi are also available on the menu of around 30 dishes, including appetizers such as salads, poke and pickles.
Ajiyiro seats around 100 and is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. However, hours . . .
