HAGÅTÑA, Guam — A Congressional Delegation visited Guam from Sept. 21 to Sept. 23. The delegation was led by Addison Graves “Joe” Wilson Sr., North Carolina’s representative to Congress and chairman of the Readiness Subcommittee of the House Armed Services Committee.
