TUMON, Guam — The Skylight buffet restaurant on the lower level of the Pacific Islands Club Guam is now the largest restaurant on Guam, with seating for 700.
The restaurant expanded into the space of the former Rock and Roll Noodle restaurant, which was replaced by the hotel front Ramen House Hokkaido, which opened in December.
