Former casino worker sues for failure to adhere to ADA

 Dennis Campbell, a table game supervisor, is suing his employer, Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC, for its alleged failure to provide reasonable accommodation and to engage in an interactive process required by the American with Disabilities Act. 

According to a complaint filed with the District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands, Campbell told his supervisor and management in April 2016 that he was having difficulty standing and walking for long periods of time.
