Alaskan Native company gets Guam award

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Tikigaq Construction LLC of Wasilla, Alask. was awarded $12.84 million for a firm-fixed-price task order under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract for the construction of a Pacific Airpower Resiliency storage at Andersen Air Force Base, for the 36th Civil Engineering Squadron.  

The work provides for a reinforced concrete storage facility that includes a vehicle storage area, mechanical equipment areas, a fuel support/spare parts for manifold storage area, a communications room, an office area and a toilet; and site improvements including grading, drainage, access roads, water and sewer utilities, a fire . . .
