COLONIA, Yap —The Department of Resources and Development, Division of Commerce and Industry is proposing changes to its business regulations and fees, pursuant to Title 22 Section 122c of the Yap State Code, according to an announcement on Aug. 2.
The proposed changes are for fees and penalties to be imposed if a business owner fails to comply or adhere to the laws or regulations of the state regarding the operating of a business in the state.
