United proposes Guam guarantees flights revenues

Journal Staff In order to increase flights to Guam to meet demands from the local tourism industry, United Airlines is proposing community and government cooperation such as revenue guarantee programs, joint marketing programs and air services development programs.
Some of the airline’s suggestions were discussed on Aug. 18 at a meeting with the Guam Visitors Bureau, following a meeting with stakeholders in April.
