By the end of this year or early next year, IP&E will begin work on a new Shell Service Station and Foody’s in Harmon near its existing service station, William A. Ada, director of retail sales, operations and marketing of IP&E Holdings LLC, told the Journal.
A service station of about 4,000 square feet with adjoining convenience store could cost about $2 to $3 million, according to an industry expert. This includes the pumps, parking area and canopy.
