Contract awarded for land use plan updates after 10 year delay

The Department of Public Lands on Aug. 11 awarded the contract to conduct the CNMI Comprehensive Public Land Use Plan Update for Rota, Tinian, Saipan and the Northern Islands to SSFM CNMI, LLC.

Under the contract SSFM CNMI will provide all necessary services for designing and developing the plan.

DPL has secured $1 million in the fiscal 2016 budget for the project.
