This past June, the owner of Dan’s Marine Resort, an optional tour company that operates as Bikini Island Club, invested in improvements to his building that transformed it from a quick lunch plate kitchen called Dan’s Restaurant Fish & Bull.
“We redesigned the entire building. We extended the [store] for the restaurant and expanded the outdoor deck,” said Karen Fike, manager of Bikini Island Club.
