TOKYO — North Korea has achieved the miniaturization of a nuclear warhead so that it can be attached to a ballistic missile, according to Japan’s annual defense white paper.
The report was release on Aug. 8, coinciding with Pyongyang threatening to fire four Hwasong intermediate-range ballistic missiles at Guam.
