WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will hold petitions received between April 10 and May 25 for Northern Mariana Islands CNMI-only Transitional Worker Status.
Such petitions will be held pending the announcement of the “cap” for fiscal 2018.
USCIS previously announced that the number of petitions reached 12,998 — the fiscal 2017 cap. The fiscal 2018 cap is set to be less than that number. Applicants whose petitions are approved will have received an acknowledgement receipt, USCIS . . .
