SAN FRANCISCO — The U.S. General Services Administration announced on July 26 the awarding of a 20-year lease for construction of a new federal courthouse in Saipan to Marianas Management Corp., a company under J.C. Tenorio Enterprises Inc. The lease, which will cost approximately $2.4 million annually, was based on a competitive, best-value procurement process.
The three-story courthouse will be located on Gualo Rai Road in Garapan and will house the U.S. District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. Probation Office, the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Attorney . . .
