Asia Pacific Development Ltd. has backed out of plans to construct a resort in Agat.
“We have decided not to proceed with the development on Guam. […] The company decided there were too many objections to the development and had other option[s] to pursue elsewhere,” David F. Jacka, CEO of Asia Pacific Development Ltd., told the Journal.
