HONG KONG — A.M. Best Rating Services Inc. on July 14 announced it had “placed under review with negative implications” the Financial Strength Rating of B++ (Good) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of “bbb+” of Century Insurance Co. (Guam) Ltd.
According to the insurance rating service, the actions “reflect the uncertainty surrounding the continuation of CIC Guam’s current book of business and distribution strategy.” A.M. Best said the uncertainty was due to CIC Guam’s change in its exclusive managing . . .
