The business community and its representing organizations including the Guam Chamber of Commerce, Guam Contractors Association, Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association and others are doing a more than commendable job in efforts to safeguard the island as a whole from the drastic construction cost increases that will ensue if the island doesn’t get H-2B workers back.
