MAJURO, Marshall Islands — The Marshalls Energy Co. is switching fuel suppliers for the first time in more than a decade, with funding included in the deal that the utility aims to use to fix its decaying tank farm. The Marshall Islands Joint Utilities Board recently approved the switch from Winson Oil to ExxonMobil.
