With the number of H-2B visa workers on Guam down to 103, the Alien Labor Processing and Certification Division of the Guam Department of Labor has joined the governor’s H-2B Task Force and is researching the impact of the visa denials on Guam, according to Greg S. Massey, administrator of the division.
