Changes to operations of the Permit Center, or the One Stop Center, are still in discussion after a public hearing was held April 7 for the One Stop Business License and Permitting Center Act, or Bill 31-34.

                 Bill 31-34 was introduced on Feb. 27 by Sen. Dennis G. Rodriguez and Sen. Joe S. San Agustin, to add a new section to Article 1, Chapter 50, Title 12, Guam Code Annotated to establish a permanent one . . .
