CAPITOL HILL, Saipan — The Department of Commerce Alcohol Beverage and tobacco Control Division, in partnership with the Community Guidance Center, held the 2017 Alcohol and Tobacco Merchant Education Workshop in the Northern Mariana Islands with 83 participants in attendance. ABTC addressed the requirement, which began in January for licensed shops and establishments to submit monthly sales reports for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
The workshop aims to educate and train participants on the importance of reducing, if not eliminating, the use of alcohol, tobacco and betel nut products for minors.  . . .
