Bill 138-34 by Sen. Thomas A. Morrison
Amends existing laws regulating the posting of political signs. The bill:
- expands the rules to include private properties;
- Requires candidates or organizations posting signs to be registered with the Guam Election Commission and/or the Department of Public Works;
- Increases the deposit paid to the Department of Public Works from $200 to $1,000;
- Restricts signs from being posted on certain government properties, including Archbishop Felixberto Flores Memorial Circle, Pale San Vitores Road, Happy Landing Road, Gun Beach Road, Routes . . .
