Poki Fry co-owners Bryan Duenas and Peter Perez opened an alternative location, Poki Fry Grubz, on June 1 in Tamuning. From its humble beginnings as a vendor at the Liberation Day carnival to its permanent 2,900-square-foot location in Hagåtña, Poki Fry has become a lunchtime hotspot among locals and military personnel.
