TAMUNING, Guam — Mega United Corp. filed an appeal on June 15 with the Office of Public Accountability on the denial of its request for an adjustment of contract price due to prolonged delay on a contract by and between Mega United Corp. and the Guam Economic Development Authority. The contract was for the construction of the Farmers’ Cooperative Association of Guam facility and the relocation of the Dededo Flea Market.
