Beijing Capital Airlines Co. Ltd. is suing the Commonwealth Ports Authority and its executive director, Christopher S. Tenorio, for implementing a 60-day ban on international airline services that excludes the airline. The airline filed a complaint with the District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands on June 20 through its legal representative, Daniel T. Guidotti of Marianas Pacific Law LLC.
