Lt. Governor to increase enforcement of Guam Seal usage

 

HAGÅTÑA, Guam — Lt. Gov. Raymond S. Tenorio instructed his office to begin a review of unauthorized commercial use of the Great Seal of Guam. Under Guam law a permit is required for commercial use of the seal.

It is unlawful for any person to use any representation of the Great Seal or Coat of Arms of the Territory without first obtaining a permit from the lieutenant governor or his designee. Any person found to use any representation of the Great Seal or the Coat . . .
