Increases the federal minimum hourly wage from $7.25 to $9.25, then increases the hourly wage every year following the bill’s passage until it reaches $15 after eight years. The bill increases hourly wages for tipped employees from $2.13 to $4.15 and for employees under 20 years old from $4.25 to $5. The bill also provides for the transition to fair wages for individuals with disabilities, mandating a minimum hourly wage of $4.25, to increase to $12.25 . . .
