Horse and Cow transitions to family-friendly dining

While Horse and Cow Pub & Grill, first known for its American dining and party atmosphere, is now shifting toward a new direction of family dining.

Horse and Cow, owned by Michael Looby, first opened in March 2007 and quickly gained popularity among the military crowd as a familiar atmosphere to carry on some Navy traditions.

  “The family who owns the restaurant has ties with the submarine,” said General Manager Robert F. Salas. “There are a lot of traditions that happen in here.” 

Now, the business is looking to focus more . . .
