HONOLULU — Honolulu Cookie Co. will open its second store on Guam in July at The Plaza Shopping Center in the space formerly occupied by Haagen-Dazs. An additional 10 full-time staff are expected to be hired for the new store of around 500 square feet.
The Hawaiian cookie company, known for its pineapple-shaped shortbread cookies, opened its first store in Guam Nov. 21 at the Micronesia Mall.
The company is also developing an exclusive Guam product to be available in the near future . . .
