TAMUNING, Guam — The Guam Land Use Commission did not vote at its board meeting on May 25 on the requested extension of the previously approved height variance for the proposed Pago Bay Ocean Resort, formerly called Pago Bay Marine Resort, which expired May 10.
Developer Guam Wanfang Construction Ltd. had filed a request for extension with the Department of Land Management on May 2, just prior to the expiration, but the request was not heard by the GLUC until the May 25 meeting.
The status report submitted on May 2 addressed issues regarding height variance, redesign of the project . . .
