Construction workers put the final touches on the sign for the new Matson Navigation Co. office building, located in Anigua across from the Governor’s Complex. According to Bernadette Valencia, general manager of Matson, the 10,000-square-foot project is in the final phase of construction and the company with its 22 employees hopes to occupy its first self-owned office building in Guam by late June.
