‘Hamburger Road’ repair Phase I awarded to Hawaiian Rock

HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The first phase of the major road resurfacing of “Hamburger Road,” or Route 27, formally called Adrian Sanchez Street, was awarded to Hawaiian Rock Products for $441,642. The contract was signed on May 11 for the first major repair project of the road since it was built in the 1960s. The road stretches from the area behind McDonald’s in Harmon to Marine Corps Drive in Upper Tumon.

                 Work on the road has begun and will take around 180 . . .
