ANCHORAGE — Eight soldiers and airmen from the Guam National Guard’s 94th Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team supported the Orca 2017 exercise in Anchorage.
The Alaska National Guard’s 103rd WMD-CST tested its ability to respond to a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threat in the municipality of Anchorage, alongside a multitude of other state Civil Support Teams and local, state and federal agencies.
The annual exercise provided an opportunity for multiple agencies to tandemly react to a weapon of mass destruction event.
