ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam — Five groups are accepting sub-bids for an urban combat training facility to be constructed on Andersen Air Force Base.
On Nov. 9 the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific A-E/Construction Contracts Branch issued a request for proposal for the training facility’s construction plan. According to the work order, the project is for the design and construction of multiple training facilities at Andersen South, Andersen Air Force Base and supporting offsite telecommunications to Finegayan Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station and AAFB to support the Marines training requirements.
