ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam — Three groups are accepting sub-bids after the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific A-E/Construction Contracts Branch issued a request for proposal for the first phase of replace housing on Andersen Air Force Base on April 17. According to the work order, the project includes constructing 63 one-story duplex buildings, or 126 housing units, of reinforced concrete or precast reinforced concrete typhoon shelter/housing structures, and incidental related work.
The project is to be completed within 835 days and has an estimated cost between $50,000 and $100,000. Deadline for bid submissions . . .
