GPA signs contract that will help alleviate power frequency and outage issues

MANGILAO, Guam — The Guam Power Authority began Phase I of its Island Wide Power System project on May 15 with a ceremonial contract signing for 40 megawatts of energy storage systems with LG CNS, a subsidiary of South Korean LG Corp.
