MANGILAO, Guam — The Guam Power Authority signed a land lease agreement on May 16 with the Department of the Navy at the Gloria B. Nelson Public Service Building.
“This project will be on 164 acres of Department of Navy property and will provide us with roughly 40 megawatts of energy,” said John M. Benavente, general manager of GPA.
