DPW to enforce vehicle weight penalties beginning July

The Department of Public Works announced on May 19 it will be implementing enforcement and penalties/fines starting July 3 at the Truck Enforcement Screening Station by the Port of Guam along Route 11 for overweight commercial vehicles, as mandated by Public Law 33-106. Full implementation of portable scales and mobile operations will commence in November.
