News Flash – USCIS announces NMI worker cap reached again

            WASHINGTON D.C. – Uncertainty for employers and contract workers in the Northern Mariana Islands continues.

            The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced May 27 (in the Mariana Islands) that as of May 25 the cap for contract workers or “CNMI-Only Transitional Worker (CW-1)” visa holders has been reached for fiscal 2018.
