TAMUNING, Guam — The first of four Summer Towers buildings is ready for occupants, the development’s owner, Core Tech Development LLC, announced today at an openhouse for real estate agents.
The buildings, located along Western Boulevard between Guam Memorial Hospital and Oka Towers, have been an unfinished part of the Tamuning skyline since construction under their previous developer, Younex International, halted in 2010. Core Tech Development purchased the concrete shells and the 45,255-square-foot property in 2014 for $17 million and resumed construction in 2015.
