MAJURO, Marshall Islands — The wheels of a Pacific International Inc. lawsuit against the Federated States of Micronesia government continue to grind slowly ahead, with an important hearing completed in Pohnpei in late April.
Pacific International sued the FSM government and its construction Project Management Unit in 2014, claiming more than $15 million in damages for unpaid work on a major road project in Weno, Chuuk from which it was terminated in 2013.
At the hearing in the FSM Supreme Court, Judge Beauleen Carl-Worswick heard testimony from Pacific International’s Guam . . .
