Stateside contractor sued for breach of Air Force contract

JWS Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd. is seeking a judgment from the District Court of Guam regarding a contract for the military. JWS is seeking $492,255 in labor, equipment and material costs; $269,472 in damages; and an additional sum for lost profit, expenses and extended overhead.  

JWS, as a use plaintiff under the U.S. government, filed the lawsuit on April 13 against contractor P&S Construction Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, and its surety, Fidelity and Deposit Co. of Maryland, alleging the contractor provided a plan for upgrades to the HVAC system for Andersen Air Force . . .
