Palau president wants progress to include benefits for population

Palau will not face elections until 2020, when President Thomas E. Remengesau Jr. will see the end of his second term as president and his fourth term overall in the office. 

                 In the meantime, his plans for economic development include measures specifically aimed to benefit the workforce and population.
