HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The relocation of the Supreme Court to the Guam Historic Courthouse will soon begin along with the purchase of the Judiciary’s parking lot, Chief Justice of Guam Katherine A. Maraman said in her 2017 State of the Judiciary Address on May 2.
