Three submarine cable projects to Guam make progress

Several submarine cable projects involving Guam and Northern Mariana Islands took significant steps forward in the past week, to include a trans-Pacific cable, a cable connecting Hong Kong to Guam and cable to link Guam with the Northern Mariana Islands. 

The Southeast Asia-United States submarine cable landed in Guam the morning of April 24 at Tepungan Reef Flat in Piti. California Pacific Technical Services LLC, better known as CalPac, oversaw the landing operation working alongside Smithbridge; Duenas, Camacho & Associates; and Trident Cross diving and marine services . . .
