A new Naval Base Housing Office and Andersen Air Force Base Housing Office requirement for property owners to submit a copy of their business license to lease a unit to military tenants has caused delays in the issuance of businesses licenses and related inspections. The requirement was effective Jan. 1.
Property owners — and other business owners — can expect long wait times to schedule Guam Fire Department and Department of Public Works inspections required to get a business license.
