Former GPA building reopens as self-storage

Calvo Enterprises Inc. opened GU Self-Storage on April 10 in the former Guam Power Authority building on Route 16 in Harmon. 

The building cost $1.5 million to renovate into an indoor, climate-controlled storage facility of 272 units of five-by-five feet, 10-by-25 feet and 22-by-27 feet. General Manager Raymond Saturnio told the Journal it has 11 tenants already and is expected to fill up quickly.
