GARAPAN, Saipan — The Marianas Visitors Authority completed improvements to Forbidden Island Lookout in Kagman as part of its ongoing destination enhancement in the Northern Mariana Islands, according to an April 5 release.
The lookout has grown in popularity in recent years, but the existing fence line had fallen into disrepair and was a safety hazard. The fence was completed by AA Construction, and the Saipan Mayor’s Office assisted with fixing the road and providing corals to the site. The Division of Parks and Grounds provided trash collecting services.
