DEDEDO, Guam — CW Holdings LLC, Sterling Design Inc. and Cabot Mantanona LLP held a groundbreaking ceremony on April 6 for the construction of the first building of the Latte Medical Plaza, a 50,000-square-foot Medical Arts Center. (See photos from the event on Page 17.)
The three-story, M-shaped commercial building will be built next to the Guam Regional Medical City with state-of-the-art and environmentally-friendly equipment with 8 inches of expanded polystyrene foam and 3 inches of foam in addition, solar panels and green parking lot pavement.
